Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new look, but if it's not quite right, Fortunate One offers easy returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and have the original tags attached to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Credit

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will issue your store credit via email within 3-5 business days.
